All students must complete the Graduation Tracker form online as soon as possible.
This includes your post-high school plans, intention to walk at graduation, and parent names to be read during the ceremony.

*Note: Parents care about this information. Please do it correctly. Contact your parents and ask how they would like their names to be announced before completing the information*

*Even More Important Note: If you think you are funny and clever and don't complete the information seriously, remember that the entire graduation committee with be 1) reviewing this information 2) tracking you down to change it and 3) getting very annoyed that you are wasting our time. You are seniors. Act like it.*

Frequently Asked Questions:
  • What if I don't know my plans for next year?
    • That's fine. We don't read this information at graduation or print it anywhere. It's just for the counselors to keep track of the awesome things you are doing.
  • What's the difference between the "Graduation Program" and "Graduation Ceremony" name sections?
    • The Graduation Tracker will ask you to enter your name two different times for two different purposes:
      • Graduation Program is printed, and
      • Graduation Ceremony is what we say as you walk across the stage.
    • For most students, you will write the same thing in both. Some students prefer to have their middle name written in the program, but not read when they walk across the stage. I could choose to have "Kasie Jeffery Payne" printed in the program, but only "Kasie Payne" read as I walk across the stage, or vice versa. It's up to you.
  • I have a complicated parent situation. How do I put their names in?
    • Again, this is up to you, but we can help you navigate this. Ask your parents how they want their names read. Generally, you would put the parent you live with most often first, then any other biological or step-parents after, but this can be changed as needed.
    • Example of divorced parents: Marie Bright and Kyle and Denise Jeffery
